Optional Scania Opticruise automatically selects the right gear to ensure that your coach runs smoothly and economically at all times. The Scania Retarder is designed to deliver a massive 3.500Nm of braking torque for constant speeds on downhill gradients. Control them both with your fingertip using the new combined Opticruise and retarder lever. Add electronically controlled antilock disc brakes to our robust chassis with independent front suspension and you get a superb passenger-car feel on narrow roads, and predictable handling on the open highway.
