A day to remember for the children of 'Nurture's Best Creche'
Anne Marie Tiernan of 'Nurture's Best Crèche' Tarmonbarry County Roscommon made a most unusual request to Westward Scania the Irish Importer in Strokestown, if it would be possible for the children of the creche to get a close -up view of a Scania Fire Appliance, so Eric Treacy Sales Executive duly obliged.
Anne Marie said that the children often talked about the lovely red fire trucks with their flashing lights and when she told them one would be coming to the creche they were so excited. Under very strict supervision the children were allowed sit inside the crew cab and experience what it is like to be a Fireperson for a while. A day to remember for the children of 'Nurture's Best Creche'.
Scania are one of the leading suppliers of Fire Engine vehicles in the Country and in the last month new units have been supplied to Cork, Donegal, South Tipperary and Roscommon.
